Common questions
How much does VBS Ready cost?
VBS Ready is one flat yearly price based on your church size. Churches with fewer than 50 kids are $99/year, and larger churches are $299/year, with unlimited registrations and no per-child fees. Want fully hands-off setup, team training, and priority on-call support? Concierge is $499/year plus a one-time onboarding.
Does it work with our curriculum?
Yes. VBS Ready runs the logistics (registration, crews, check-in, pickup) around any curriculum, theme, or publisher you already love. We don’t replace your program, we run the week around it.
Is it hard to set up?
Not at all. Create your event, set your dates and crew grade ranges, and open registration. Your event page is ready to share in minutes. No technical skills needed. Prefer not to touch the setup at all? Our concierge onboarding does the whole thing for you.
Can you set it up for us?
Yes. With concierge onboarding we configure your entire event, train your team, and stay on call through your VBS week, including on-site launch days if you want them. It’s a one-time fee on top of your yearly plan. We did this hands-on for our first church through the summer of 2026.
How does pickup stay secure?
When you check a child in, their parent automatically gets an email with a 4-digit pickup code, plus a private link showing each child’s code, crew, and status. At pickup, your staff verify the code before the child leaves. Simple for parents, safe for kids.
What happens after VBS week?
Everything stays put. VBS Ready keeps every year’s registrations, crews, and attendance. Next summer you create a new event and your history is right there, so you can see how you’ve grown.
Is our families’ data safe?
We take family privacy seriously. Allergy and medical details are shown only to the staff who need them at check-in and pickup, printable rosters leave sensitive info off by design, and we never sell or share your data.
